Overview:
Our Healthcare Client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join their team in financial planning & analysis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing service costing, supporting financial decision-making, and partnering closely with clinical departments to drive impactful results.
Job Requirements
Financial Partnering & Advisory: Work with clinical departments to deliver valuable financial insights and strategic guidance that support service expansion and financial decisions.
Cost Analysis & Pricing: Review the pricing of new and existing services, considering cost structures and market benchmarks to ensure competitive pricing models.
Budgeting & Reporting: Lead financial planning exercises, prepare detailed departmental reports, and analyze revenue projections to support annual budget goals.
Investment & Growth Analysis: Conduct net present value (NPV) analyses for new investments in service expansion or equipment replacement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders, including clinical teams and regulatory bodies, to respond to ad-hoc data requests and support hospital-wide initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CA Singapore is a plus).
2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply business logic to financial plans and make clear, actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills for delivering clear, concise reports and presentations.
Adaptable and detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
