Assistant Finance Manager

Morgan McKinley is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract online bank statements and ensure completeness of transactions entry in our system
• Prepare schedules for journal entries, including audit fees, tax fees, and corporate secretarial fees
• Assist in reviewing and posting journal entries
• Perform bank reconciliations as assigned
• Support the finance team on quarterly and yearly reporting requirements
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements for offshore entities
• Provide supporting information and liaise with tax agents, auditors, company secretaries, and designated service providers

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or related field (or ACCA equivalent)
• 3-5 years of working experience in finance or accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP S4, Oracle Hyperion Financial System, and JD Edwards is a plus
• Ability to manage diverse and varied workload while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
