Salary Range: $5,000 - $6,500
Working Hour: 5 days work week
Job Description:
- Manage a group of accounting professionals in delivering daily finance operations, monthly / yearly accounts closing, reporting and analysis, and statutory submissions.
- Improve, streamline and automate processes.
- Liaise with clients on service performance/improvement.
- Manpower and Resource deployment planning, staff development and training.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Academic Qualification / Competencies Required:
- Accounting degree and/or Certified Accountant qualification.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in a finance role, with in-depth knowledge of Finance Reporting Standards, Financial Management practices, including budgeting, accounting and compliance.
- Proven leadership and supervisory track record.
- Prior experience in ERP system implementation, hands-on with various software including MS Office, Power BI, Power, Tableau, etc will be an advantage.
People Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Must uphold strong code of work ethics, in particular confidentiality of information
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility an ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to lead a team
