Our Client is in the Environmental Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with management to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Review and approve company processes and policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Analyze organizational structure and recommend improvements to the Managing Director to enhance efficiency.
- Lead initiatives for change, innovation, and continuous improvement to support business opportunities.
- Implement and oversee yield management strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability across all divisions.
- Ensure proposals meet company standards, including accurate costing.
- Manage headcount and budgets to boost productivity and ensure effective succession planning.
- Provide leadership by communicating and reinforcing the company's strategic goals to stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly departmental reviews to monitor and achieve targets.
- Work closely with Business Development to develop a strong sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders by participating in relevant meetings and events.
- Any ad-hoc duty given
Requirement
- Min Degree in any field
- Min 4 years of experience in Start up environment
- Experience with Decision making and managerial
