Overseeing the whole operations and performance of the Company with the size of 60-80 employees
Developing and implementing strategies to meet business objectives, building good relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Driving the growth, profitability, and overall success of the business
Ensuring the compliance with all local regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/master's degree in business administration, international business, management, or a related field is preferred
10 years relevant experience in managerial role, preferably in multinational enterprise
Experience & knowledge in the MEP industry (Mechanical, electrical and plumbing) is highly preferred
Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and market dynamics
Strong leadership in effectively managing different teams/different cultures and drive performance, able to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness to work effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders
Strong networking abilities, able to build relationships with both existing and potential new stakeholders and partners.
