Job Description:
. Develop, standardize and implement HR policies, procedures and systems, e.g. training bond, PR application bond, re-employment policy, etc.
. Handle whole spectrum of recruitment process including job postings, onboarding of new hires, preparation of employment letters, salary adjustment letter, EP/SP/WP application, conducting orientation and training programs, etc.
. Managing and enhance the HRIS system including time attendance, payroll and leave system.
. Champion the onboarding process and program.
. Maintain and enhance corporate and employee benefits programs, including compensation, all risk insurance, fire insurance, foreign worker medical insurance, work injury compensation, health insurance, safety and wellbeing, etc.
. Coordinate with the line managers on the staffing plans and hiring needs.
. Managing staff performance appraisal process such as KPI, training need and development programs.
. Resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees and counselling employer and supervisors.
. Identify and recommend areas of improvements to internal standard operating procedures.
. Coordinate with the line manager to develop an effective internship training program and staff training plan.
. Enhance employee engagement programs, such as organize health talk, seek feedback from employees, dinner and dance event, etc.
. Monitoring and enhance the process of purchasing of air tickets, hotel arrangement, transport arrangement, pantry and stationery ordering, pest control, office facilities, etc.
. Manage worker dormitory matters and act as the business continuity manager and safe measurement management officer of the company.
. HR metrices management reporting.
. Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
. Postgraduate diploma and above in Human Resource Management
. Enjoy handling operational HR & Admin matters
. At least 5 years in managerial position.
. Preferably have Construction or Facade Industry experience
. IT savvy.
