Job Title: Assistant HR Manager (ID8351)
Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Working hour: 5.5 days, 1 alternate Saturday, Monday to Friday: 8:30 to 6pm (Monday will be until 6:30pm)
Salary: $4200 - $5000
Job Description:
- Perform full HR spectrum in Singapore, including recruitment/internship, onboarding and offboarding, L&D, payroll, employee relations, performance management in compliance with SG labour laws and other relevant laws.
- Assist Group HR Manager in HR policy development and ensure compliance in HR policies and practices in Singapore office.
- Work with MY Assistant HR Manager to fulfil all candidate sourcing and onboarding requests for SG and MY executives and workers.
- Work with SG HR & Admin Team to implement the new HRIS for Group HR (SG and MY).
- Support internal audits and regulatory compliance tasks.
- Promote a unified company culture that aligns with the group's values and mission, working closely to ensure consistency in employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Take on any other new assignments from Senior Management and Group HR Manager.
Requirement:
- Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of prior HR experience in SG, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations. Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development preferred.
- Self-driven and hands-on person. Collaborative in nature and strong team player.
- Able to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
- Energetic and willing to implement change. Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Willing and able to go to project sites and engage with front-line staff, other than executive staff.
- Very detailed oriented and strong at producing high quality/accurate work.
- Strong with numbers and critical thinking. Able to complete HR initiatives with high cost-benefit outcomes.
- Diplomatic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff.
- Knowledge and prior experience with Malaysian Labour Laws are also useful.
- Highly proficient in M365, SharePoint and HRIS.
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours and weekends, should there be work exigencies.
