- Lead HR and admin team for timely, accurate task completion.
- Manage labor cost controls and staffing allocation.
- Maintain legal compliance, business continuity plans, and insurance renewals.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and ad-hoc admin tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in HR or related field.
- 5+ years HR experience, 2+ years in a management role.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Proven talent acquisition and time management abilities.
- Results-driven with a data-focused approach.
