Heres what you can expect: In a nutshell, what you do is help young children climb safe and have fun. Often that means encouraging them, assuring them when they feel scared, and playing with them.
Job scope includes:
Helping children to gear up
Conduct safety briefing
Ensuring safety during their climbs
Provide basic guidance on how to climb
Assist the main coach during classes
Assist in other operations matters

Climbing Experience
Responsible
Willing to learn
Enjoys interacting with young children
Comfortable working in a customer facing environment
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
