- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30 AM - 6 PM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing system support, managing/ maintaining of IT System [Network, Desktop & Server Infrastructure (including set-up, maintenance of servers, storage equipment, and conducting backup & data recovery activities)].
- Providing support for server administration, database support (for MSSQL DB), and systems (virtual/ physical servers)
- Performing Patch Management and hardening
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have relevant experience (1 - 2 years, minimally) with IT System Engineering (with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VMware, Storage, Windows 2008/2012/2016 Servers, etc.)
- Required to provide stand-by support on rotating basis among team members
