Responsibilities:
- Perform project management of IT initiatives (event, promotion)
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services (POS function/price update)
- Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancement
- Manage external IT vendors relationships and services
- Installation and configuration computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Work closely with IT HQ to implement and manage systems
- Responding to technical breakdowns and resolution
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Repairing IT equipment and replacing parts
- Management of stocks of IT equipment and other supplies
- Inventory system management (Axapta)
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Good attitude and willing to learn with excellent communication and analytical with good time management, good problem-solving skills and documentation skills
- A motivated team player with strong qualities to lead and work in a challenging environment with tight timeline
- Willing to travel and able to work in either office hours or rotating shifts, weekends and overtime if required
- Ability to work independently with strong drive and willingness to take up challenges.
