Assistant Maintenance Manager (Chemical Plant)

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing the daily plant engineering activities including supervising equipment preventive maintenance.
• Monitoring the daily activities of the engineering staff and providing training accordingly.
• Oversee the maintenance budget and make sure resources are allocated effectively.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Monitoring inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability for maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborating with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to operations.
