• Responsible for the daily smooth performance of the restaurant
• Plans and sets daily & monthly sales target
• Organizes marketing activities such as promotional events and other related schemes
• Recruiting, training & motivating staff
• Prepares and handle event order
• Handles customer complaints and resolves them
• Maintains high standard of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
• Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor/kitchen employees and director's board
• Plans and prepares staff rotas
• Maintain stocks and ensure par level is met on daily operation
• In-charge of training and imparting knowledge of wines and other beverages
• Liaise with the head chef and senior management in setting up operational budgets
• Oversees all work in shift and perform regular inspections in all areas
• Help in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
