Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and review project parameters to ensure delivery within the stipulated budget.
  • Manage project operations, including:
    • Resource planning and deployment
    • Developing and streamlining internal and external operational processes
    • Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Drive project deliveries to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to the project team.
  • Oversee project administration, documentation, procurement, and performance.
  • Engage with customers and staff through regular site visits and meetings.
  • Serve as the key liaison with the client's operations stakeholders.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks such as project stand-in duties or service quality audits as assigned.
Skills & Experience

  • Degree from a recognized institution with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in outsourced services.
  • Team player with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a team across multiple locations.
