Responsibibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
- Identify and explore business opportunities within the advanced manufacturing sector to drive growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, skill demands, and workforce gaps.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to boost business growth and enhance training adoption rates.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturing companies, industry associations, and training providers.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing support, handling inquiries, and addressing any issues.
Training Program Development:
- Partner with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and industry training providers to create customized training programs that meet specific client needs.
- Review and update training content to ensure relevance, alignment with industry standards, and responsiveness to emerging trends.
- Monitor training program performance and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, within the advanced manufacturing and industrial training sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and industry data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities, with strong engagement skills in industry settings.
