About the Role
You will work with the team lead and countries to build medical expertise in understanding Critical Illness (CI) risks and developing CI business and be the focal point of medical research on CI topics.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Report to the Head of CI Research & Analytics and support local product & pricing teams in understanding, pricing, and reserving for CI products.
Perform experience analysis and medical research to review and recommend assumptions for both existing and new CI products.
Coordinate on data management and analysis in setting data standards and driving the analytics initiatives for CI risks.
Share the best methodologies on pricing and risk assessment with all BUs.
Collaborate with key internal customers across AIA group and BUs.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years actuarial experience
Made good progress towards Fellowship in a recognized international actuarial professional body
Practical knowledge of life insurance products
Knowledge of assessing, pricing, and handling biometric risks
Strong eye for business acumen, problem solving skills, numerical sense, and attention to detail
Effective work delivery in dynamic, agile and/or sophisticated multifunctional organizations
Self-starter, Strong technical and project management skills!
