Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) will be integral in managing and refining the company's compensation and benefits strategies. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end C&B portfolio, conducting reviews, and redesigning programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You will work closely with leadership to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive and comply with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of C&B processes, from salary benchmarking to incentive structures, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of compensation programs, proposing adjustments to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the management of employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet employee needs and are structured effectively.
- Stay updated on market compensation trends and provide insights for improvements to the compensation and benefits structure.
- Work with the payroll team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and benefits in line with company policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of C&B policies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal regulations.
- Foster clear communication of compensation and benefits offerings to employees, enhancing understanding and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on compensation trends, budget analysis, and headcount costs for senior leadership.
- Manage or support C&B-related projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong focus on managing end-to-end C&B processes.
- Experience in luxury goods, fashion, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP) are advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with compensation management tools and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of global C&B trends and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
