As an Assistant Manager, Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage databases and systems to capture, store, and organize data related to learning initiatives.
- Leverage tools like Excel, SQL, and Python to extract, analyze, and interpret data, delivering insights that inform Learning & Development (L&D) strategies and operations.
- General regular and on-demand reports on key metrics, including budget usage, course completion rates, and training impact.
- Optimise workflow to increase efficiency, minimize duplication, and improve productivity.
- Partner with other organisation to integrate systems and automate data transfers across platforms.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Possess a Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
