Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Assistant Manager (F&B) located in Islandwide. Our client is a the development, operation and franchising of its quick-service restaurant brands.You will be responsible involves overseeing the business and financial success of the outlet, managing key areas such as sales, labor, packaging, and food and beverage cost control. It requires ensuring compliance with Jollibee's operational standards, including food quality, service, and cleanliness, while adhering to local regulations. A core responsibility is managing and developing the team through recruitment, training, and scheduling, and providing effective leadership to achieve business targets. The role also involves handling customer feedback professionally, preparing monthly management reports, and taking on additional tasks or special projects as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• 1 year relevant experience in Fast Food or Quick Service restaurant
