As an Assistant Manager (Fundraising), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Implement and manage the execution of activities to achieve fundraising objectives.
- To strategize, develop and implement fundraising initiatives through events, appeals, in the conventional or e-platforms.
- To initiate and/or coordinate grant application and follow-up.
- To oversee and ensure that the fundraising and donation processes are in-line with the prevailing policies and procedures.
- To guide and supervise team responsible for donor engagement, partnerships and fundraising.
- To review current framework of donation management operations, to facilitate a streamline process of donation processing and donor relations building and management.
- To conduct donors profiling so as to improve fundraising strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum a degree in relevant field.
- 5 years relevant working experience.
