Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to execute and operationalize Group SCM (Supply Chain Management) Sustainability Roadmap and Strategies.
You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring Sustainability projects progress across the market for SCM Sustainability local initiatives, optimizing sustainable supply chain operations, as well as tracking key sustainability KPIs. You will also assist with ISO certifications, ensure compliance with sustainability standards, and manage cross-functional collaboration to achieve sustainability objectives across SCM.
General Responsibilities
Sustainability Initiatives
Assist in planning and executing sustainability projects, such as renewable energy programs, waste reduction, sustainable packaging, and eco-efficient logistics.
Assess or propose sustainability initiatives, considering factors such as cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and acceptance
Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainability and compliance
Data Collection, Analytics and Reporting
Gather and analyze data to monitor sustainability KPIs, focusing on carbon footprint reduction, energy efficiency, waste management, Circular Economy and Supply Chain Resilience
Enhance supply chain sustainability transparency by implementing traceability systems and tools.
Support the preparation of sustainability reports, including progress tracking for ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications.
Compliance & Audit Preparation
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare for audits and sustainability certifications, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and support audit preparation for ISO certification processes across various markets.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HSE, Procurement, Operations) to drive sustainability goals across the supply chain.
Engage with external partners and suppliers to promote sustainability best practices and align on sustainable goals.
Training & Awareness
Conduct or support training sessions to increase awareness of sustainability practices within the SCM team.
Develop educational materials, newsletters, engagement media to promote sustainable practices across the organization.

Participate in cross functional projects as required
Undertake Group SCM task as and when as required
Functional Skills And Knowledge
- Demonstrated expertise in sustainability practices, regulations, and trends, with a deep understanding of their impact on supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of sustainability practices, regulations and framework (e.g. ISO, ESRS, TCFD)
- Sound understanding of logistics commercial and operation practices
- Familiar with Sustainability reporting requirements and assessment.
- Knowledge of Warehouse & Transportation Management Systems (ideally SAP) will be added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive sustainability report
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiar and comfortable with working within a decentralized organization with matrix structures and reporting lines
- Agile & adaptable and eager to learn new skills
- Highly self-motivated; Passion for Sustainability & Innovation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field such as Sustainability, QHSE or equivalent is required
- Strong understanding of Sustainability concepts, frameworks, and reporting standards (GRI, ISO, SBTi, TCFD, CSRD and etc).
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting; experience with sustainability metrics and reporting tools is preferred.
- Experience working in MNC and highly matrixed organizations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, for example, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering or finance and economics: relevant professional qualifications are an advantage
