The Assistant Manager, HR Business Partnering supports the HR Business Partner team in aligning human resources practices with business objectives. This role involves managing HR operations, supporting talent management initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR programs to enhance organizational performance.
HR Support and Consultation:
Assist HR Business Partners in providing strategic HR support to business units
Address employee queries and issues, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures
Help in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Talent Management:
Support the recruitment process by coordinating with TA team on job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Help in implementing and tracking employee development and performance management programs
Employee Engagement:
Contribute to initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
Support the organization of employee recognition programs and team-building activities
Collect and analyze employee feedback to recommend improvements
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Assist in the preparation and processing of HR documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and employment letters
Coordinate HR activities related to benefits administration, payroll, and compliance
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and systems
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization
Assist in conducting HR-related training sessions and workshops
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulations
Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review
Support audits and compliance checks as required
Organizational Development:
Help in identifying and addressing training and development needs within the organization
Support change management initiatives and organizational development activities
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (IHRP) is a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering or related areas.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency MS Office applications and HRIS
Analytical skills with attention to detail
