The Assistant Manager of HR Transformation at Econ Healthcare Group will be pivotal in driving digitalisation initiatives and special projects within the HR department. You will oversee the implementation and optimisation of HR Management Systems (HRMS), ensuring that HR data management practices are robust and efficient. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in finance, to integrate HRMS with other systems. You will also spearhead process re-imagining efforts to enhance HR service delivery and align HR Core with strategic business objectives.
Leadership and Strategic Planning
- Lead and mentor the HR Transformation Team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership to HR transformation initiatives by setting a clear vision and strategic objectives for HRMS and digitalisation efforts.
- Collaborate with all HR Team Leads to align HR digitalisation strategies with the broader organisational goals and workforce planning.
HRMS and Pfile Digitalisation
- Oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of HRMS to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Conduct regular reviews and upgrades of the HRMS to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
- Lead initiatives focused on data cleaning and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Develop and implement best practices for ongoing data maintenance within the HRMS.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate the HRMS with financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless operational workflows.
- Assist in the selection and deployment of new HR technology solutions and systems to support HR functions.
- Manage the electronic personnel file (ePfile) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- Facilitate the transition from paper-based to electronic records, enhancing accessibility and security of employee information.
Process Re-imagining
- Lead efforts to reimagine and redesign HR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that enhance service delivery.
HR Business Partnering & Integration for New Business Units
- Collaborate closely with the newly acquired business unit to ensure seamless alignment of HR policies, processes, and practices with Econ Healthcare Group's overall strategic objectives.
- Serve as a dedicated HR Business Partner to the new business unit, providing expert guidance and support to foster a positive workplace culture that promotes the integration of ECON's values and mission.
- Implement effective onboarding programs and transitional initiatives that help new employees feel welcomed and valued within the ECON community, ensuring they understand and embrace the company's culture and practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on Econ's HR policies and procedures, ensuring new employees are well-equipped to navigate and integrate into the organization.
- Leverage HRMS and digital tools to enhance employee engagement and communication, providing the necessary resources and support that empower employees in their roles and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the new business unit and HR leadership, ensuring feedback, concerns, and recommendations are effectively communicated and addressed to foster a collaborative environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a sense of belonging, collaboration, and teamwork, enhancing the integration process and retention rates within the new business unit.
Special Projects
- Participate in special HR transformation projects that support the strategic goals of Econ Healthcare Group.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in HR transformation, HRMS management, or related roles, with a focus on digitalisation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HRMS functionalities, data management, and integration with financial systems.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies and project management.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite familiarity with data visualisation tools is a plus.
