Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage in recruitment process with Hiring Manager.
  • Maintain employee's data to be updated.
  • Manage staff's attendance and leave records by HRM System.
  • Report and maintain records of staff's employment movements (i.e. confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations etc).
  • Maintain records of staff's trainings as per the company's Training Plan.
  • Process relevant work passes for all new non-Singaporean office staff and monitor expiry dates for the same to renew accordingly when required.
  • Consolidate data from affiliated overseas Companies and prepare monthly HR manpower reports.
  • Organize company's events such as Annual Dinners, Family Days, etc.

We are looking for Professionals

  • Has acquired Degree - Preferably in Human Resource.
  • Has at least 8 years and above relevant experience.
  • With good administrative, planning and implementation skills.
  • With good English writing skills.
