You will play a crucial role in expanding our network, fostering relationships, identifying, developing, and managing innovation partnerships and collaborations with external organisations. You are required to possess a good understanding of the healthcare landscape and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Research on industry trends, healthcare innovations, and emerging opportunities and develop a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with our mission and goals.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, industry players, government agencies, institutions and relevant profit and non-profit organisations. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our internal departments, domains and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of strategies and seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Administration: Exercise due diligence in the execution of partnership agreements. Lead the administrative tasks, monitor and report on the outcomes of signed innovation partnerships.
- Process: Put in place an appropriate framework, process and operationalisation plan. These may include the creation of document templates, communications collaterals, criteria checklist, due diligence checklist and process diagrams.
- Communications and Events: Support the execution of tasks related to the partnership. These may include running partner engagement events, organising innovation-related initiatives singly or jointly with partners and collaborators, conducting communications campaigns (physical and digital).
- Advocacy: Represent or support the Division in industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our brand, share our vision and generate partnership opportunities.
- Resource Management: Manage the budget, monitor expenses, and optimise resource allocation for partnership initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of partnerships. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in strategic planning and partnerships management from the healthcare industry will be an advantage
- A strong interest in driving innovation and creating impactful change towards healthcare
- A strategic and critical thinker
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations and comfortable with change in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
- Ability to work both independently, with limited supervision
- Action-oriented, highly motivated and target-focused individual capable of delivering effectively under pressure and tight timelines
