Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare for smooth tour progression and handles any problems that may arise throughout the tours
- Facilitate the tour production by attending to customers and Japanese staff during their pre-visit. This includes attending training inspection
- Assistance to the staff in charge of quotation and arrangement
- Respond to the occurrence of customer problems and instructs members of the team to deal with them
- Assist the manager in providing travel content advice to the Japan office
- Provide guidance and direction to team members regarding their work
- Develop and implement solutions to problems that arise
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Experience & Skill-set required:
- At least 10 years of working experience in the tourism or hospitality industry required
- Elementary management knowledge is preferred
- Fluent in both English & Advanced Business Japanese language skills is essential as well as proper business communication & written skills to liaise closely with Japanese customer, tour leader, local Japan sales office
- Knowledge of MS Office
