The Role
This position will provide lease management support for the properties within the Company's portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation and maintaining of monthly and adhoc management reports to facilitate strategic planning.
- Responsible for data support during meetings or any adhoc requests.
- Assist and involvement in the implementation of projects relating to digital transformation and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analysis of rental, gross sales turnover and occupancy cost.
- Responsible for annual audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.
- Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent.
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant experience with people management experience.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and MS Excel.
- Experience working with SAP system and exposure in Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
- You should be meticulous, diligent, highly organized and have lots of self-initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
