Job Description
- Overall in-charge to meet department KPIs that is comply to established policies, procedures and guidelines i.e. execute and monitor accurate Billing / Settlement management tasks to ensure both AR and AP are completed for all shipments within stipulated time frame
- Prepare, verify and update of various logistics billing cost items, charging methods and reports to ensure on time & accurate billing generation and submission
- Liaise and coordinate with warehouse operation team to obtain the relevant info for billing report preparation
- Monitor, review monthly billing closing and conduct monthly variance analysis reports
- Review and establish the billing details according to customer's billing requirements
- Respond promptly and provide professional customer service to enquiries, feedback and clarification on billing discrepancies, if any
- Timely update and maintain accurate data of billing records in ERP / CRM systems
- Provide coaching and oversee billing team members performance
- Ensure all related documents are properly filed and archived
- To prepare all information request to meet internal and external audit requirements
- Review and provide improvement idea for billing process and procedure
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration/ Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Over 8 years in billing related work experience, preferably in logistics MNC company
- Experience in leading small team in achieving target KPIs
- Receptive and highly adaptable to process changes
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and meet multiple timelines within a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous with detailed mind and strong analytical skills
- Good team player
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
