Assistant Manager/ Manager (HR Policy and Planning)
In this role, you will:
Develop and review employment terms and conditions to ensure DSO adopts fair and progressive employment practices
Review employee benefits policies and programmes in order to enhance existing propositions as well as to identify, research and deliver new benefits
Conduct regular checks for the employment updates and ensure HR policies adhere to employment law and relevant regulations
Assess and review HR policies and procedures in alignment with DSO's strategic directions
Disseminate and respond to enquiries on policy matters, ensuring clear communication of policy information
Advise various levels of stakeholders on all employment policies and benefits programmes
Conduct research on new practices, developments and trends in extended HR landscape and conceptualise enhancements to existing HR functions
Requirements
Degree in Business / Human Resource / Relevant Course
Good understanding of the implications of employment law and HR practices
Have HR operational experience to appreciate the relationship between policy and implementation
Experience in drafting HR policy proposals and reviews
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
Able to present proposals and programmes to management and employees
Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
