Provide key support in evaluating, planning and steering the asset to optimize investment returns
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities
Assist in formulating and planning of acquisition, development & divestment strategies
Source, identify suitable investment opportunities and analyse real estate opportunities and proposals
Evaluate and structure investment deals, including due diligence and debt financing
Perform financial analyses, structuring and feasibility studies entailing cash-flow analysis and yield projections
Prepare recommendation reports for proposed acquisitions / divestments
Conduct market research, information collection, collation and analysis of property market performance and prepare the market reports
Work hand-in-hand with Property Manager to ensure that the property business plans are executed diligently
Develop and maintain financial and asset models to analyze the performance of portfolio at property level as well as preparing asset reports on the properties
Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
Degree in any relevant field
At least 5 years of related experience
Good knowledge and understanding of investment concepts
Prior experience in property fund and real estate will have additional advantage
Strong analytical, problem solving skills and high computer literacy
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven, ability to multi-task and able to work within tight deadlines
