What You'll Do
- Manage land issues associated with SP Group, including land sale / purchase
- Plan office space for depots with expiring land lease
- Prepare the tender/call for depot reinstatement/fitting out works.
- Manage the project works, includes planning the works schedule and oversee the site works.
- Manage leases relating to SP Group
- Mange the Managing Agent (vendor) for site facilities/ lease management under SPPA.
- Liaising with stakeholders for site works and requirement in project management.
- Engage and manage consultants on re-development of depots and office space
- Liaise with relevant authorities/stakeholders to resolve issues arising from purchase/ redevelopment, encroachment, alienation and relocation of SP Group premises
- Maintain and manage space inventory and data of SP Group
- Preparation of reports and approval papers
- Land and Space optimization for SP Group; Conduct space feasibility and utilization studies
- Prepare and call for lease-related term contracts
- Recommend changes in space assignment and facilities inventory processing
- Assist management in identification of problems, trends, or future space needs and make recommendations
- Work closely with others to plan/utilise room layout and other pertinent needs
What You'll Need
- Degree in Estate Management or equivalent from a recognised University
- Possess at least 1 years experience in handling lease, property and land issues
- Able to work independently under pressure.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Skill in analyzing and determining space utilization and facilities inventory
