Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Marketing & Partnerships is part of the Sales & Marketing Team who focuses on developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organisations as well as supports the execution of Marketing strategies and action plans in the Singapore cluster. He or she will report directly to the Manager, Brand and Marketing.
Job Responsibilities
1. Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions
2. Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
3. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners
4. Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
5. Report and review partnerships performance with internal stakeholders
6. Support in the conceptualisation of the Marketing Calendar and campaigns and perform in-house campaign management and optimisation
7. Assist to drive brand awareness via digital marketing channels as well as generate direct leads and revenue for the booking engine
8. Execute email marketing and digital advertising campaigns
9. Report and review marketing campaigns performance with internal stakeholders
10. Work with vendors and Procurement to create marketing gifts in accordance with brand signatures to facilitate top of mind recall
11. Work with agencies to develop creative materials, templates and collaterals for events, programming and partnerships
12. Manage and execute loyalty programmes for guests and corporate bookers
13. Implement loyalty marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive members acquisition, engagement, and retention
14. Support the measurement and analysis of all digital activities and ensure effectiveness and proper usage of analytics data
15. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
The candidate should possess the following:
. Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields with about 4 years of relevant experience
. Confident and meticulous
. Good spoken and written English
. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
. Ability to work independently and in teams
. Well versed in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrators will be an added advantage
