Transforming, cleaning and integrating data to ensure its quality and usability for downstream analytics and reporting purposes.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to deliver data-driven insights and ensuring the effective utilisation of data resources to support the organization's strategic decision-making processes.
Work closely with strategic stakeholders and operational teams to ensure successful delivery of data analysis projects.
Implementing established data analysis methodologies and best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of data analysis processes.
Creation of visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights derived from data analysis.
Advocate for and contribute to the adoption of best practices in data engineering to ensure governance, quality, and security of data assets.
Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to enhance the accuracy and reliability of data assets through data quality and metadata management.
Assist to perform any other ad-hoc project and duties assigned by Director, Senior Assistant Director and/or Assistant Director.
Job Requirements:
Degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry with at least 2 - 5 years of related working experiences
Experience in data analytics, including data wrangling, analysis, visualisation with strong knowledge in data structures and mining algorithms.
Knowledge in statistical learning, machine learning and probabilistic models will be advantageous.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results oriented.
Good team player, able to work under pressure and deliver results under tight timelines.
