Assistant Manager, Operations (Dental)

Our client is a well-established dental practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality care in a welcoming and patient-centered environment.

• Manage daily operations for 8-12 dental clinics, ensuring smooth workflows, managing feedback, and supporting service standards.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and renovations, working closely with contractors and vendors to address issues promptly.
• Provide IT systems support to clinic staff, including training on applications and managing vendor relationships.
• Handle dental implant inventory, ensuring on-time procurement, precise cost tracking, and seamless delivery to clinics.

Requirements:

• Degree and above
• At least 2 years of working Dental/Healthcare Operations experience.
• Must be willing to travel to various clinic locations as needed, with occasional weekend work required.
