You will be joining our Program Management Office (PMO) in Singapore, a team dedicated to steering our organization's program management efforts. Our focus is on aligning various initiatives with our strategic goals to ensure successful project outcomes. We collaborate closely with all departments to achieve our objectives.
Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Head of Project Management Office, you will lead and oversee program management initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. Your role is crucial in driving successful project outcomes.
This is an onsite role and will be located at Singapore's One-North office.
The Critical Tasks You Will PerformYou will develop and implement program management methodologies and processes across the organization.
- You will establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and stakeholder communication channels.
- You will oversee multiple complex programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- You will conduct regular program reviews and report on progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives with overall business strategy.
- You will manage program budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- You will identify and mitigate risks that may impact program success.
- You will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and project teams
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in program management
- Program Management Methodologies: Experience in developing and implementing program management methodologies and processes.
- Governance Structure Management: Ability to establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and stakeholder communication channels.
- Project Oversight: Proven track record in overseeing multiple complex programs simultaneously, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality delivery.
- Reporting and Risk Management: Skills in conducting program reviews, reporting progress, and managing risks.
- Strategic Collaboration: Experience with collaborating across teams to align program objectives with business strategies.
- Budget and Resource Management: Proficiency in managing program budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Risk Mitigation: Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives within a program management context.
