Be responsible for accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial reports (under IFRS, J-GAAP), and analysis for each entity, ensuring transparency, and adherence to accounting standards.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.
Understand the businesses key strategies and provide relevant financial insights that value-add to the business performance. Design and prepare regular and adhoc performance reports with impactful data visualisations, together with analyses that link the financial reports to business drivers and strategies.
Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties and resolve complex problems positively.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards, implementing necessary adjustments to accounting practices.
Requirements
Academic Qualification Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within the IT industry.
Hands on experiences in J-SOX, J-GAAP and IFRS with international standard would be an added advantage
Proven experience handling the financial reporting for multiple entities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Able to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environment.
