- Partner Sector Divisions in the management of grants to ensure adequate governance and compliance with Grant Policy & Best Practices, from scheme design to closure.
- Attend Sector Divisions enquiries relating to grant management processes
- Review processes and suggest improvements to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency (e.g. through Robotic Process Automation and/or other analytical tools)
- Develop and support generation of periodic Operational and Management reports
- Build capabilities of internal stakeholders and external partners through various initiatives
- Assist in audit related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirements
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics or Statistics
- Relevant experience in audit and financial compliance
- Highly analytical and with good problem solving skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, meticulous, open-minded and adaptable to changes and able to multi-task
- A team player who is able work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of data visualisation/analytical tools such as RPA (UiPath), IDEA Caseware, R, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage
The successful candidate will be offered a 2 years employment contract.
