ING Wholesale Banking in Singapore

We began operating in Singapore in 1987 where we host the regional Asia Pacific headquarters. With over 500 financial experts, we are the largest wholesale banking branch in Asia. Key Responsibilities

• Internal and external client liaison
• Receive and check current account/deposit opening documentation
• Working with ING Hub and internal stakeholders on queries received
• Maintenance of department's working procedures
• Managing and performing annual review/risk analysis on all outsourced services
• Ensure that all products adhered to our Global Process control framework and no audit points
• Handle local MEPS SGD payment, participating in annual MAS industry testing
• Involved in regulatory reporting/submission, namely MAS610, D5, S35, SGS returns, SORA and other ad hoc queries
• Participate in project on system changes
• Participate in FM New product launch

Key Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), familiar with pivot tables/macros
• Knowledge of FM products and payment messages
• 3 to 5 years of banking experience in Operations department in wholesale banking
