Assistant Manager - Technical

. Attend technical clarifications meeting and/or presentations with customers

. Perform Wake frequency calculations (WFC) calculation including Thermowell design recommendation

. Create and issue Wake frequency calculations (WFC) certificate per Sales request

. Provide technical advice to internal staff and customers

. Perform design, prepare technical drawings and documentation as per customer's requirement

. Provide technical support and/or propose alternative technical solutions to meet customer's requirement

. Plan and establishes work schedules and gives direction to technical support engineers

. Provide advice to problem resolution

. Liaise with sales team for customers technical requirements and demands

. Provide technical advice to internal staff and customers

. Other technical or company process related activities that the manager would require

. Liaise with HQ person in-charge of explosion proof (ATEX, IECEx, FM Approval,) certification in case of changes to the design and technical documentation.

Candidates must be:

• 2D AutoCAD
• Experience Industrial Piping
• Instrumentation Background
• Comfortable to communicate with subsidiary in India and also Indian Drafter.
