Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor industry trends to inspire innovation and elevate service delivery.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources and drive alignment with company objectives.
- Design and implement strategies to boost renewal retention rates and diversify revenue sources.
- Lead and guide teams to achieve KPIs, with a focus on digital transformation and a customer-centric approach.
- Oversee daily operations of frontend, backend, and retention teams, ensuring SLAs and turnaround times are consistently met.
- Manage workloads, allocate assignments, and support the ongoing professional development of team members.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer and internal stakeholder escalations to ensure swift resolution.
- Assess and refine processes to improve efficiency and minimize redundancy through technology adoption.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Compile and submit monthly and ad-hoc reports for management review.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of motor insurance experience, with CGI certification required
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong people management abilities
- Proven track record of effectively multitasking in team environments and independently
