Responsibilities:
- Design and implement manufacturing processes aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate on production line layouts.
- Maintain and optimize production standards.
- Deploy processes, train teams, and perform risk assessments.
- Drive improvement projects to meet compliance.
- Support digitalization and smart factory efforts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Lean Improvement, Engineering, or Manufacturing preferred.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Relevant studies accepted even without experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, CAD, and SAP.
