Lendlease is currently searching for an experienced
Assistant Marketing Manager. The role will play a pivotal role in driving sales and traffic to the mall through campaigns and promotions align with the broader business objectives and marketing strategies .

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Marketing Strategy and Planning - Conduct strategic analysis of the competitive landscape and in-depth, data-driven analysis of the business to derive insights for your marketing plan. Clearly present these insights and plans to senior management for approval.
- Execution - Lead all aspects of the strategy implementation, including agency collaboration, partnerships, and vendor appointments. Use data to plan, design, and evaluate campaigns and promotions. Retrieve and analyse various data sources (e.g., CRM, footfall, sales, shopper conversion) to support marketing decisions and assess campaign performance.
- P&L and Reports will be responsible for the preparation of Asset Review Reports, monthly report of marketing income and expense budgets. Support in tracking overall budget, ensure that expenses are kept within approved budget and income forecasts are met.
- Administration and Compliance - Manage required documentation and follow the organization's governance, procurement, and approval processes to ensure compliance.
- Support and Operations - Respond to marketing inquiries from tenants and vendors, manage day-to-day casual leasing activities, and oversee the mall's annual casual leasing budget in line with organizational objectives.
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communication.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications combined with intermediate subject matter knowledge, demonstrable experience with developed people manager skills.
- Experienced in implementing marketing initiatives and/or knowledge and in-depth understanding of marketing and casual leasing and event management
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in events, retail, and partnerships or related field
- Knowledge of MS Applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving, technical and analytical skills with proven ability to think corporately and act accordingly
