As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll be the guardian of the brand, marketing strategy and execution of My Golf Kaki. This is an estate-less golf membership that allows members to play at multiple golf clubs and courses, in Singapore and beyond.
We are driven by a passion for making golf accessible and growing our community of Golf Kakis.
You will be part of the team that will co-create the vision for the programs to drive product discovery, usage, retention, and growth. You will lead private and public events as a key representative of the team. And will create and execute campaigns to attract new members, as well as, inspire and connect with current ones to grow with us.
This role is based in our Singapore offices, with member/community face time.
You will also have the opportunity to work on special projects along side the wider marketing team for your continued growth.
Job Scope
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media
- Drive online initiatives, including email marketing, SEO, paid search, and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with creative team to develop and produce sales and marketing materials, event collateral for target audiences
- Manage website content
- Manage marketing budgets and campaign cost allocated
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
- To meet and report on performance of marketing initiatives and events
- Work closely with PR to ensure cohesive communication strategies and execution harmoniously reach targeted audiences, maintaining a consistent story across all advertising and media platforms
- Build strategic partnership with key industry players, agencies, and vendors, including partnership
Requirement:
- Tertiary education in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field
- 3 or 4 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising and/or social media marketing
- Knowledge of golf or familiarity with the sport is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent written, communication and relationship building skills
- Creative problem-solving mindset combined with strong project management skills
- Accustomed to working within budgets and timelines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
