This position is for The Seletar Mall, under Allgreen Properties .
Responsibilities include:
Manage and handle all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
Maintain high level of customer service standards
Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other marketing initiatives as and when required
Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Min GCE N Level qualification
Min 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous
Fluent in English
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
