The Assistant Operations Manager
plays a crucial role in supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the retail business operations.
You will - Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and service standard targets, and lead the front-line sales staff to achieve them
Manage in-store operations in retail stores and department counters, that include but not limited to staffing, sales training, inventory and warehouse management, restocking, renovation and visual merchandising, logistics and sourcing, customer service, order fulfilment
- Liaise with retail operations team and department store buyers on a regular basis
Assist in hiring and training front-line sales staff with the goal to provide the best service standard in the industry while helping the sales staff achieve their highest potential and satisfaction in the job- Actively identify and solve any issues in store and people operations in a timely manner
Plan and manage in-store marketing events based on yearly campaign calendar
- Take charge of online operations that include but not limited to online partnerships, campaign planning, order fulfilment
Source and lead business partnerships to expand our sales channels and increase our brand awareness
We want to speak with you if you are / have - At least 3 years proven experience in retail operations or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passionate about customer experience with a positive outlook
Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment- Enjoy helping others and enjoy learning new things
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a retail environment
Successful performance in this role can lead to promotion opportunities, such as Operations Manager or other higher-level management positions within the retail business.
