Job Responsibility
. Providing pre and post sales and service support to customers to meet the objectives of the department
. To coordinate the activities of fellow service engineers and technicians with respect to attending service calls and issue resolution
. Systematically troubleshoot and repair of equipment in a timely manner
. Recommend proper usage, maintenance and corrective actions to customers
. Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for contractual customers
. Support Projects and A&A works as required by the management.
. Ensure proper filing of service, warranty records and installation base
. Train and guide assistant service engineers and technicians on technical issues.
. To be the point of contact for management for updates on issue resolution and team activities coordination
. Help meet department's financial goals by recommending upgrades/spares to customers as deemed necessary
. Help meet department's productivity targets by reducing costs and improve productivity.
. Quoting of service pricing for repair
