Assistant Project Manager

• Project lead, managing and execution of awarded jobs
• Liaise with various internal departments to ensure works are carried out smoothly
• Accountable for planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring of progress and updating progress report of the project works to Project Director
• Responsible for all site matters including safety, quality and other compliance matters
• Liaises with the Operations team to allocate adequate manpower and equipment resources
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
• At least 4 year (s) of relevant working experience in managing construction sites/ site coordination work
• Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Working-at-heights Supervisor certificate
• Candidate with CSCPM Certificate will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license
