Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Assist in developing, organizing, planning, and executing renovation projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Client & Team Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and project team members throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
- Managing Subcontractors & Suppliers: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that work is completed to specifications, on time, and within budget. Maintain clear, concise, and respectful communication with all involved parties.
- Work Scheduling: Prepare and manage detailed work schedules for all renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work being performed and ensure that it meets the required standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks or challenges in the project, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in commercial renovations.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
