Assistant Project Manager [Residential ID projects / 5 days] - 1222

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and guide the project team through the renovation process, ensuring projects are delivered with top quality, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain direct communication with customers from project planning through to completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Work under time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with onsite carpenters/vendors and follow up with manufacturers regarding any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field of study.
• Min 1 to 3 years of experience in ID projects, preferably residential projects.
• Able to manage and see through completion of projects
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Transport allowance will be provided if candidate drives own vehicle for work purposes.
