Assistant Quality Assurance Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1 Review and improve company's Quality Management Systems.

2 Manage Incoming, In-process and Outgoing Inspection activities.

3 Perform QA inspection activities as and when required.

4 Establish inspection criteria of parts and products.

5 Issue Non-Conforming material report and review with associated parties when non-conformance found.

6. 8D/CPAR review on customer returns and work with associated parties to improve company's Quality performance.

7. Attend to and support Quality Management Systems or process audits.

8 Any other ad-hoc duties required.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic /Electrical/ Electronics).

2. At least 2 years of working experience in Quality Department in related manufacturing industry (Wire Harness/Box-build)

3. ISO9001 audit experience.

4. Knowledge of ERP system.

5. Able to work under fast-pace environment.

6. Team player with good working attitude.

7. Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
